摘要
【目的】分析云瑞10系列甘蔗亲本及其组合的杂交育种潜力,筛选出优良亲本和组合,为甘蔗杂交育种提供参考依据。【方法】以13个云瑞10系列亲本及其与国内外品种选配的26个组合(C1~C26)为材料,应用家系评价和同异分析方法计算母本、父本及组合在蔗糖产量、蔗茎产量、有效茎数、株高、茎径和锤度6个性状的遗传力、配合力和综合同一度,评价云瑞10系列亲本及其所选配组合的杂交育种潜力。【结果】除父本的锤度差异达显著水平(P<0.05)外,父本其他性状及母本和组合的6个性状均呈极显著差异(P<0.01或P<0.001),说明父本、母本及其组合对后代表现均具有明显影响。蔗糖产量、蔗茎产量和有效茎数3个性状的遗传力排序为父本>组合>母本,茎径和锤度的遗传力排序为组合>母本>父本;株高的遗传力排序为组合>父本>母本。母本、父本及其组合的6个性状平均遗传力排序为:茎径>有效茎数>株高>蔗糖产量>蔗茎产量>锤度。云瑞10-509、云瑞10-336和云瑞10-330蔗糖产量、蔗茎产量、有效茎数、株高和锤度的一般配合力均为正效应,可作为杂交育种的高产高糖优良母本;云瑞10-495和云瑞10-1055茎径的一般配合力也为正效应,可作为大茎品种选育的优良母本;云瑞10-550可作为高产高糖父本。以云瑞10系列为母本的组合C1、C2、C3、C4、C5、C6和C9为高产、高糖、有效茎多、高锤度优良组合,但各组合优劣与母本所含野生资源种类及其数量无关。同异分析法与混合模型估算组合特殊配合力均可较准确评价杂交组合优劣。【结论】云瑞10系列甘蔗亲本与不同地区品种组配后不同性状的遗传力和配合力不同。在甘蔗育种中,组配杂交组合时可重点以云瑞10系列为母本,但需兼顾其不良性状,选配互补型父本。
        【Objective】The study aimed to evaluate breeding potential of Yunrui 10 series sugarcane parents,to screen out good parents and combinations conforming to breeding objectives,and to provide reference for sugarcane hybrid breeding.【Method】Twenty-six crossing combinations(C1-C26)from thirteen Yunrui 10 series parents,domestic and overseas varieties were used as tested materials. Family evaluation and identical and different analysis were applied to estimate the heritability,general combining ability,integrated identical degree of six major characters including sugar yield,cane yield,millable stalks,plant height,diameter of stalk,brix from patents and combinations. Then,breeding potential of Yunrui 10 series parent and their crosses based on indexes mentioned above were evaluated.【Result】Except for the brix of male parent reached significantly difference(P<0.05),there were extremely significant difference(P<0.01 or P<0.001)in the other five traits of male parents and six traits of female parents and cross combinations. This showed that male parents,female parents and crosses had great difference to hybrid generation performance. The heritability of sugar yield,cane yield,millable stalks were male parents>crosses>female parents,that of diameter of stalk and brix were crosses>female parents>male parents,and the plant height were crosses>male parents>female parents.The average heritability of six characters of female parents,male parents and crosses were diameter of stalk>millable stalks>plant height>sugar yield>cane yield>brix. The combining ability of sugar yield,cane yield,millable stalks,plant height and brix from Yunrui 10-509,Yunrui 10-336 and Yunrui 10-330 were possitive effects. Therefore,the three materials could be used as high sugar content and cane yield female parents. And Yunrui 10-495 and Yunrui 10-1055 should be used as good female parents with big diameter since the combining ability of their diameter of stalk was possitive effects. Yunrui 10-550 could be used as good male parent with high sugar content and cane yield. Seven crossing combinations including C1,C2,C3,C4,C5,C6 and C9,whose female parents were all from Yunrui series were evaluated as excellent crosses with high cane yield,high sugar content,abundant millable stalks and high brix.【Conclusion】Sugarcane hybrids showed different heritabilities and general combining abilities when Yunrui 10 series crossing with different varieties from various areas. It is suggested that Yunrui 10 series parents should be used as priority female parents,and select male with complementary traits and consider the disadvantageous traits to cross hybrid in sugarcane breeding.
