环境约束下长江经济带工业能源环境效率差异评价与成因识别研究

摘要
用融合径向与非径向距离函数特征的EBM方法测度环境约束下长江经济带9省2市的工业能源环境效率,借助效率核密度图和技术分解分析效率随时间的演变趋势和空间差异;继而利用泰尔熵量化区域工业能源环境效率的总体差距,并将其分解结果运用于地区差异的成因识别中。研究结果显示,长江经济带工业能源环境效率普遍偏低,在经历短暂的上升期后,近年来持续走低,规模效率下降是主要原因;研究期内区域工业能源环境效率的总体差距逐渐缩小,区域间差距仍为驱动总体差距的主导因素,缩小上游区域内差距显得尤为重要。
        In this paper, we first measure the industrial environmental energy efficiency of the 9 provinces and 2 cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt under the constraint of environment by using the EBM method which combines the radial and non-radial distance functions together, analyzing the evolution trend in time and spatial difference of efficiency by means of nuclear density map and technology decomposition. Then Theil entropy is used to quantify the overall gap between the efficiency of each province of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. And its decomposition results are applied to identify the causes of regional differences.The research results show that the industrial environmental energy efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is generally at a low level; after a short period of rising, it has been decreasing sharply in recent years and the fall in scale efficiency may be the main contribute. The overall gap between the IEEE of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in the study period is narrowing, and the gap between regions is still the dominant factor in it.Narrowing the gap in the upstream area cannot be ignored.
