摘要
目的:建立HPLC同时测定陈香露白露片中甘草苷、芸香柚皮苷和橙皮苷含量的方法,以提高陈香露白露片的质量标准。方法:采用Phenomenex Gemini C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm),以乙腈-0.2%乙酸(19:81)为流动相,检测波长277 nm,体积流量为1 mL·min-1,柱温30℃。结果:甘草苷、芸香柚皮苷和橙皮苷线性范围分别为0.025 6~0.818 2μg (r=0.999 6),0.026 4~0.8448μg (r=0.9995),0.1275~4.0788μg (r=0.9996);平均回收率分别为97.78%(RSD1.58%),97.65%(RSD1.31%),98.01%(RSD 1.17%)。结论:建立的陈香露白露片含量测定方法操作简便,准确度高,提高了产品检验的工作效率,可有效控制产品质量。
        OBJECTIVE To improve the quality standard of Chenxiang Lubailu tablets, detect. the contents of liquiritin,narirutin and hesperidin in the prescription simultaneously by HPLC. METHODS Phenomenex Gemini C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column was used, with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.2% acetic acid(19:81), the DAD-3000 detection wavelength set at 277 nm, the flow rate at 1 mL·min-1, and the column temperature at 30 ℃. RESULTSUnder the chromatographic conditions, the linear ranges of liquiritin, narirutin and hesperidin were 0.025 6-0.818 2 μg(r= 0.999 6), 0.026 4-0.844 8 μg(r = 0.999 5) and 0.127 5-4.078 8 μg(r = 0.999 6), respectively. The average recoveries were 97.78%(RSD 1.58%), 97.65%(RSD 1.31%) and 98.01%(RSD 1.17%), respectively. CONCLUSION The detection method for the components in the Chenxiang Lubailu tablets is simple, accurate, and can improve the work efficiency and,effectively control the product quality.
