氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合雷贝拉唑治疗慢性胃炎伴焦虑抑郁的疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛与雷贝拉唑联合治疗伴焦虑抑郁慢性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2017年1～11月我院消化内科就诊的60例慢性胃炎伴焦虑抑郁患者,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组30例,对照组采用雷贝拉唑治疗,观察组采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合雷贝拉唑治疗,疗程4周。比较两组治疗前后症状积分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分的变化,同时比较临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组症状积分、HAMA及HAMD评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05),观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合雷贝拉唑治疗慢性胃炎伴焦虑抑郁患者的临床效果良好,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of flupentixol/melitracen plus rabeprazole in patients of chronic gastritis concomitant with anxiety and depression.Methods:Sixty patients of chronic gastritis associated with anxiety and depression treated in our department were included from January to November of 2017,and equally divided into two groups by random digital table.Patients in the control group were treated with rabeprazole,and those in the observational group were given flupentixol/melitracen plus rabeprazole for 4 consecutive weeks.Then the two groups were compared regarding the symptom scores,and scoring on Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) before and after treatment as well as the clinical efficacies.Results:Patients in the observational group had lower symptom scores,and scoring on HAMA and HAMD,yet higher total effective rate following medication(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Flupentixol/melitracen plus rabeprazole can be better clinical effect for patients of chronic gastritis concomitant with anxiety and depression,and is worthy of wider recommendation.
