上海长海医院院内静脉血栓栓塞症预防指南

摘要
住院患者静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)可以有效预防。上海长海医院在原有基础上,根据国内外学术进展、实践经验、专家共识和临床需求,修订为指导院内各科室应用的新版《院内VTE预防指南》,包含上海长海医院院内VTE综合防治管理体系,住院患者VTE防治管理制度,VTE防治流程及具体做法,住院患者VTE风险评估及评分表,出血风险评估,VTE预防措施及注意事项等,为有效减少院内住院患者VTE的发生起到重要作用。有助于各类医院进行标准化推广及信息化应用。
Venous thromboembolism(VTE) of hospitalized patients can be effectively prevented.Shanghai Changhai Hospital revised the new edition of"Guidelines for Prevention of VTE in the Hospital"to guide the application of various departments in the hospital on the basis of the existing academic progress,practical experience,expert consensus and clinical needs.It covers the comprehensive prevention and control management system of VTE in Shanghai Changhai Hospital,the prevention and control system of VTE for inpatients,the prevention treatment process and specific practices,VTE risk assessment and scoring table,bleeding risk assessment,VTE prevention measures and precautions.It plays an important role in effectively reducing the occurrence of VTE in hospitalized patients.It is helpful for all kinds of hospitals to carry out standardized popularization and information application.
