摘要
CDIO模式是工程师人才培养的一种方式,但在创新创业人才培养与教育中还比较鲜见。广东培正学院的创新创业教育中探索实施了CDIO模式,通过《创新管理》教材的选择与教学、学生大创项目的参与、在毕业论文引入开放式创新、创客实践等内容的构思、设计、实现与运作,让学生在理论知识、实践知识、理论与实践结合及应用等环节都对知识进行了充分了理解与吸收,CDIO模式的应用收到了较为明显效果,学生创新创业能力也得以提升。
CDIO mode is a way to train engineers, but it is rare in the training and education of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Therefore, CDIO mode is explored in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of Guangdong Peizheng College. The mode is constructed, designed, implemented and operated through the selection and teaching of Innovation Management textbooks, the participation of students in creative projects of innovation and entrepreneurship, the introduction of open innovation in theses, and the practice of Maker. Therefore, students can be expected to have a correct understanding of theoretical knowledge, practical knowledge, the combination of theory and practice knowledge, and the application of the knowledge. Knowledge has been fully understood and absorbed by college students, and the application of CDIO mode has achieved obvious results with improvement of students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
