摘要

传统的过度包装商品检测工作主要是依靠人工操作,整个过程费时费力,工作效率低且极易出错。本文设计了一种基于影像测量技术的过度包装商品检测系统。通过CCD相机采集物体投影图像,利用计算机自动计算出物体外切长方体体积。最后根据容积率和空隙率,判断检测商品包装是否过度。
        The traditional over packaged goods inspection mainly depends on manual operation. The whole process is time-consuming and laborious, and the work efficiency is low and it is easy to make mistakes. In this paper, an over-packaged commodity detection system based on image measurement is designed. The object projection image is collected by CCD camera, and the volume of cuboid in vitro is calculated automatically by computer. Finally, according to the volume ratio and the gap ratio, it is judged whether the product packaging is excessive.
