摘要
冷连轧机组的轧辊轴承具有转速高、压力大以及环境差等特点,温度是反映滚动轴承运行状态的重要指标之一,当轴承温度达到100℃以上时,轴承密封和润滑油性能均会受到影响,所以轴承的实时温度监测对保证轴承运行安全尤为重要。本文提出一种滚动轴承温度无线监测方案,并在鞍钢冷轧四分厂连轧机支持辊轴承上成功应用,有效预防了轴承事故,并利用数据分析软件为轴承维护提出指导性意见。
Roll bearing unit the cold rolling with high speed,high pressure and bad environment,the temperature is one of the important indicators reflect the running state of the rolling bearing,when bearing the temperature is above100℃,bearing seal and lubrication performance will be affected,so bearing real-time temperature monitoring is especially important to ensure the bearing operation security.In this paper,a wireless monitoring scheme of rolling bearing temperature is put forward,which has been successfully applied to support roll bearing of no.4 cold rolling mill of Anshan iron and steel Co.,Ltd.,effectively preventing bearing accidents,and using data analysis software to provide guiding opinions for bearing maintenance.
