摘要
通过研究不完全再生催化裂化装置NO_x的生成机理,进行了汽提段、主风分布器的更换和CO焚烧炉低氮燃烧器的优化改造。生产运行表明:焦炭中氢含量下降了35%,再生烟气中NH_3含量下降了24.4%,汽提效果大幅提高;主风分布器压降下降20.9%,密相床温度下降7℃,稀相床温度下降29℃,再生烟气中CO浓度下降30.3%,稀相密度下降50%,主风分布器布气均匀、烧焦效率高,进一步减少了焦炭中氮化物转化为NH_3和HCN。脱硫塔净化烟气NO_x质量浓度由改造前220~280 mg/m~3下降为120~160 mg/m~3,平均下降了44%,实现达标排放。
        Based on investigation on formation mechanism of NO_x in incomplete regenerative catalytic cracking unit(CCU),the optimization has been carried out to replace the old stripping section and main wind distributor,and retrofit the low nitrogen burner of CO incinerator.The production operation shows that the hydrogen in coke is reduced by 35%,the NH_3 in regenerated flue gas is decreased by 24.4%,and the stripping efficiency is greatly improved;Pressure drop of the main air distributor is decreased by 20.9%.The temperature of dense phase bed is 7℃lower than before,the temperature of dilute phase bed is decreased by 29℃,the CO density in regenerated flue gas is decreased by 30.3%,and the density of dilute phase is decreased by 50%;The main distributor has uniform gas distribution to enhance coke burning and thus to further curb the nitrogen compounds in coke converting to NH_3 and HCN;And,the NO_x concentration in the purified flue gas in desulfurization tower is decreased from 220–280 mg/m~3before retrofit to 120–160 mg/m~3,an average decrease by 44%,achieving the standard emission.
