摘要

针对目前我国农业科技创新型人才培养过程中出现的问题,从育人观念、培养模式、质量评估、教学改革、师资队伍、专业实践等方面进行探讨,积极采取"转变培养观念、重构具有地方特色的农业科技创新型研究生培养模式、完善研究生质量评估体系、推动教学改革、抓大力气建设更具创新活力的教师队伍、积极拓展农业科技创新人才实践途径"等措施,促进农业科技创新人才培养。
        In view of the current problems in the process of cultivating innovative talents in agricultural science and technology, this paper discusses from the aspects of education concept, training model, quality evaluation, teaching reform,teaching staff, professional practice, etc.. Actively adopt "changing the concept of cultivation, reconstructing the model of agricultural science and technology innovation-oriented graduate student training with local characteristics, improving the graduate student quality assessment system, promoting teaching reforms, focusing on building a more innovative and dynamic teaching staff, and actively expanding the practice approach of agricultural science and technology innovators :And other measures to promote the cultivation of agricultural science and technology innovation talents.
