三石汤合黄芩滑石汤加减治疗湿热型急性湿疹40例

摘要
目的观察中药三石汤合黄芩滑石汤加减治疗湿热型急性湿疹的疗效。方法选取门诊80例湿热型急性湿疹患者,随机分为两组,其中对照组40例,观察组40例,对照组口服复方甘草酸苷片治疗,50mg/次,3次/日。观察组应用中药汤剂三石汤合黄芩滑石汤加减,治疗4周,对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组皮肤主症和中医证候积分均得到明显改善。治疗后,治疗组的皮肤主症和中医证候积分均明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用中药汤剂辨证论治湿热型湿疹,可明显改善皮肤皮损症状和中医证候,取得较好疗效。
        Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acute eczema treated with the Sanshi Decoction and Huangqinhuashi Decoction.Methods 80 cases of patients with acute eczema(clinical manifestations were damp-heat syndrome in TCM) were randomized into the treatment group with 40 cases which were given the Chinese medicine and the contol group with 40 cases which were given Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets.The treatment last for 4 weeks.and then efficacy index in two groups were observed and compared.Results Patients of both groups were significantly alleviated in the main dermatological signs and TCM symptoms.and the treatment group achieved better outcomes(P <0.05).Conclusion The Sanshi Decoction and Huangqinhuashi Decoction has remarkable curative efiect in the treatment of acute eczema.and can quickly alleviate dermatological signs and decrease TCM symptom scores.
