中药黄芩外用治疗急性湿疹的临床观察

摘要
目的观察中药黄芩外用治疗急性湿疹的疗效,分析其药理作用。方法将我院2016年9月—2017年10月收治的急性湿疹患者120例进行分组研究,按照单双号法分为对照组和治疗组,各组患者均为60例,对照组选择常规方法进行治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上选择中药黄芩外用治疗,比较2组临床治疗效果、临床症状改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果比较2组患者的临床治疗总有效率,对照组明显低于治疗组,组间存在明显的统计学差异(P<0.05);比较2组瘙痒消失时间、皮损消失时间,治疗组均短于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);比较2组患者的不良反应发生率,治疗组显著低于对照组,组间出现的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药黄芩的药理作用主要为解热、解痉、抗变态反应、抗炎、抗脂质过氧化等,其可显著提高急性湿疹的临床疗效和安全性,具有积极的临床使用和推广价值。
Objective To observe the curative effect of topical treatment of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi on acute eczema and analyze its pharmacological effects. Methods A total of 120 acute eczema patients from September 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were divided into control group and treatment group according to single and double number method,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional methods. The treatment group was treated with Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical effects,clinical symptoms and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant( P <0. 05). The duration of disappearance of the itch,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The pharmacological effects of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi are mainly antipyretic,antispasmodic,antiallergic,anti-inflammatory and anti-lipid peroxidation,which can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and safety of acute eczema and have positive clinical use and promotion value.
