摘要

通过将工程结算审计过程划分为六个阶段,对各阶段影响工程结算审计时间的原因进行分析,利用品管圈的理论及工具,找出缩短工程结算审计时间的策略和方法,从而加快了工程结算审计时间,提高了审计工作效率,促进了医院的预算完成,同时加强了审计人员管理能力及团队协作能力。
        Through dividing the project settlement audit process into 6 stages, the reason for various stages effecting the project settlement audit time was analyzed to find out the strategies and methods for shortening project settlement audit time by using quality control circle. Therefore, it sped up the project settlement audit time, promoted the audit efficiency, improved the promoted the hospital budget to complete, simultaneously strengthened the auditor management capacity and team cooperation ability.
