摘要
黄浦江为感潮河段长航道,与其他类似航道相比,黄浦江还存在港区集中、船舶进口时间不一且并非在最优乘潮时间之后即靠泊码头的特点。针对上述问题,对进港时间与乘潮历时的相关关系进行研究,采用多站水位联合计算的方式,提出以进口时间作为限制条件,根据具体进口时间(潮时)推算航行到各航段所对应时间(潮时),并结合单站涨落潮时间与船舶过站时间的数学关系,进而计算需乘潮历时和可能乘到的潮位的方法。通过该方法的计算,在进口时间受限的情况下,可得到船舶靠泊各个港区所需的最佳乘潮时间和对应的乘潮水位,并以此分别确定航道各段的维护高程,合理利用有限资源,减少工程投资。
        The Huangpu River is a long channel in tidal river. Compared with other similar channels, the Huangpu River also has the characteristics of concentrated port area,varied time of ship entrance and not berthing at the optimal time of tide.For the above problems,we research the relationship between import time and duration of tide by the method of multi-station water level combined calculation. Taking import time as the constraint condition, we calculate the corresponding time from voyage to each section( tidal time) according to the specific import time( tidal time).Combined with the mathematical relation between the time of rising and falling tide of a single station and the time of passing the station,we calculate the tide duration and the riding high tide level. Through the calculation of this method,under the condition of limited import time,the optimal tidal time and the corresponding riding high tide level required for vessels to dock at each port area can be obtained,and then the maintenance elevation of each section of the channel can be determined respectively.This method can make rational use of limited resources and reduce project investment.
