摘要
在综合考虑床垫产品特性及操作可行性的基础上,从检测方式、结构设计等方面针对床垫透气性检测进行了相应装置的设计研究。最终确定采用排气的方式,并根据床垫表面的材料种类确定孔径大小,通过高压风机对床垫表面进行密封式排气处理,待排气流量稳定后的流量大小即为床垫透气性的参数指标。该装置具有结构简单、操作方便、精度高等特点。
On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of the mattress product and the feasibility of the operation, the design of the corresponding device was researched from the aspects of detection method and structural design. The surface of the mattress is sealed and exhausted by a high-pressure fan, and the size of the aperture is determined according to the type of material on the surface of the mattress. The parameter index of the air permeability of the mattress is the flow rate when the exhaust flow is stabilized. The device has the characteristics of simple structure,convenient operation and high precision.
