摘要
以碳纤维导电纸为发热单元,红橡木皮为面板,桉木胶合板为基材制备碳纤维木质电热复合地板,测试分析该种采暖地板的温度-时间效应、红外辐射能谱及辐射骚扰等电热性能。结果表明:碳纤维木质电热复合地板在通电后10 min内升温速率较快,46 min温度基本达到稳定,发热稳定后温度波动较小,具有升温迅速、发热稳定的特性;断电后30 min内降温速率较大,60 min左右温度降至室温,碳纤维木质电热复合地板的蓄热能力不强。碳纤维木质电热复合地板具有远红外辐射特性,发射的远红外波长主要集中在4~25μm,对人体具有一定保健作用。碳纤维木质电热复合地板在9~30 MHz、30~1 000 MHz频率范围内的辐射骚扰场强均远小于国家标准规定的限定域值。碳纤维木质电热复合地板是一种升温快速、发热稳定并具有一定保健效果的采暖地板。
        The carbon-fiber wood electric heating composite floor,which made of carbon fiber conductive paper as electric heating element,red oak veneer as cover,and eucalyptus plywood as base,was tested to analyze its electric-heat performance including temperature-time effect,infrared radiant energy spectrum,and radiation disturbance etc. The results showed that the composite floor heated up faster within 10 minutes after electrifying,and the temperature became basically stable after 46 minutes. Thus,it has the characteristics of rapid heating and stable warming. It cooled rapidly within 30 minutes after the power was turned off,and the temperature decreased to room temperature after about 60 minutes. So its heat storage capacity was not strong. The carbon-fiber wood heating composite floor had far-infrared radiation characteristics,and the far-infrared emission wave-length was mainly concentrated in 4-25μm,which had a certain health care effect on human body. The radiated disturbance field strength in the frequency range of 9-30 MHz and 30-1 000 MHz of the electric heating floorwas far less than the limit value specified by the national standard. In general,the carbon-fiber wood electric heating composite floor is a kind of rapid heating and stable heat generation material with certain health-care effects.
