综合康复护理在脑卒中后言语障碍患者中的应用效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨脑卒中后言语障碍患者采用综合康复护理的效果。方法:选取2016年9月-2018年1月在本院就诊的脑卒中后言语障碍患者80例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理措施,试验组在对照组基础上采用综合康复护理,对比两组症状改善时间、言语功能评分及脑卒中专用生活质量量表(stroke-specific quality life scale,SS-QOL)评分。结果:试验组肌张力不全、言语障碍及吞咽障碍改善时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后系列语言、复述、颜色名称、听名指物、听名指图、执行命令及短句理解评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后工作劳动、视力、上肢功能、思维、社会角色、自理能力、个性、情绪、活动、语言、家庭角色及精力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复护理可有效缩短脑卒中后言语障碍患者临床症状改善时间,改善言语功能,提高生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on patients with speech disorders after stroke.Method:Eighty patients with speech disorder after stroke treated in our hospital from September 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing measures,the experimental group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group,the improvement time of symptoms,the speech function scores and stroke-specific quality of life scale of two groups were compared.Result:The duration of improvement of dystonia,speech impairment and dysphagia of the experimental group were shorter compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of series language,retelling,color name,hearing index,hearing finger,execution command,and short sentence comprehension of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group after nursing,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The work force,vision,upper limb function,thinking,social roles,self-care ability,personality,emotions,activities,language,family roles,and energy scores after nursing of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can effectively shorten the time of clinical symptom improvement of patients with speech disorders after stroke,improve the speech function and the quality of life of patients.
