摘要
文章介绍了为有效控制铁精矿细度和品位,180万t/a选厂投用了8组陆凯MVS型4叠层电磁振动高频振网筛,在试生产时入选原铁品位45%的磁铁矿,筛下分级铁精粉细度曾达到-200目粒级100%,由于入选矿石发生变化,分级效率低带来了球磨机台时能力下降的问题,为此采取多项措施,提高了筛分效率。
In this paper, eight groups of MVS type four laminated electromagnetic high frequency vibrating screen were used in the 1.8 Million Tons of Annually Mill Plant of Yamansu iron mine for improving the iron concentrate grade. During trial production period from the magnetite with TFe grade of 45%was mainly concentrated in-200 mesh size fraction of 100% by screen. Lower classification efficiency reduced the productive capacity of ball mill with the ore grade change of crude ore.So some measures were carried out that screening efficiency have been improved.
