摘要
在大连春柳河污水处理厂一期升级扩建工程设计中,通过采用集约化的污水处理工艺、新颖集成的处理单元组合,达到了用地面积减少(10. 5 hm~2→3. 27 hm~2)、处理水量提升(8×10~4m~3/d→12×10~4m~3/d)、处理出水标准提高(二级→一级A)的要求。工程设计规模为12×10~4m~3/d,占地面积为32 692 m~2(折合单位占地为0. 232 m~2/m~3)。污水处理采用"曝气沉砂+多级AO+双层平流沉淀+磁混凝澄清+纤维转盘过滤+紫外消毒"主体工艺,污泥处理采用机械浓缩脱水工艺,处理出水水质达到一级A排放标准,工程现已通过环保验收进入试运行。项目实际总投资为2. 21亿元,污水处理成本为0. 62元/m~3。
In the design of the first phase upgrading and expansion project of Dalian Chunliuhe Sewage Treatment Plant,through the intensive covering process,a novel integrated treatment unit combination,it had achieved three purposes such as land area reduction (10. 5 hm~2 to 3. 27 hm~2),increasing of treated water flow (8 × 10~4 m~3/d to 12 × 10~4 m~3/d),and improvement of effluent quality standards (level 2 to level 1-A). The treatment capacity of this project was 12 × 10~4 m~3/d,with land occupation as 32 692 m~2 (equivalent to 0. 232 m~2/m~3). Sewage treatment process was combination of"aeration grit chamber + step-feed AO + double layer precipitation + magnetic coagulation clarification +rotary fibre disk filtration + UV disinfection ". Sludge treatment process adopted the "mechanical concentration and dehydration"process. The effluent reached the first class A discharge standard. The project had passed environmental acceptance into trial operation. Actual total investment of the project was 221 million yuan,unit cost of wastewater was 0. 62 yuan/m~3.
