摘要

新时代的乡村振兴战略是解决"三农"问题而规划的重要战略蓝图,为谱写绿色发展篇章,新型职业农民应运而生。高素质的职业农民成为乡村振兴的人力资源来源之一,以精益求精的职业"工匠精神"锤炼新时代的职业农民,以期生产高质量农业产品、塑造现代化农业发展新形态。新型职业农民工匠精神的培育是乡村振兴战略的必然选择、农业供给侧结构性改革的内在要求、农民创新脱贫增收方式的助推器以及新型职业农民培育的精神驱动器,因此,必须坚持以政策扶人、呼吁以经济助人、注重以文化树人与力求以教育塑人,持续铸就新型职业农民扎根农村、专注农业的"工匠精神",助力乡村振兴的战略任务。
        The new era of rural revitalization strategy is an important strategic blueprint for solving the"Three Rural"issues, and to write a green development chapter, new professional farmers came into being. High-quality professional farmers have become one of the sources of human resources for rural rejuvenation. They have honed the professional farmers of the new era with the professional"Craftsman spirit"of excellence, with a view to producing high-quality agricultural products and shaping new forms of modern agricultural development. The cultivation of the spirit of the new professional farmer's craftsmanship is the inevitable choice of the rural revitalization strategy, the inherent requirements of the structural reform of the agricultural supply side, the booster of the farmer innovation to lift the poverty and increase the income, and the spiritual drive for the cultivation of new professional peasants. Therefore, it is necessary to adhere to the policy to help people. We call for economic assistance, focus on culture and people, and strive to use education to shape people. We will continue to create the"Craftsman spirit"of new professional farmers rooted in the countryside and focus on agriculture, and help the strategic tasks of rural revitalization.
