基于Citespace的我国专利组合研究热点及演进图谱分析

摘要
以CNKI(中国知网)为数据来源,以"专利组合"为关键词,检索2004—2017年的相关文献,从发表年度、主要支持基金、代表性期刊以及领域权威机构等方面进行统计分析;运用Citespace软件对我国专利组合领域研究热点进行静、动态研究。由关键词共现网络可知我国专利组合的研究主要围绕着专利组合理论、专利组合竞争优势、专利组合策略等主题展开;关键词演进图谱表明我国专利组合演进经历了理论引入、理论研究和多元化发展等阶段。未来我国学者应建立稳定的专业团队;企业应重视运用专利组合策略以提升专利保护强度和技术竞争力;我国要加强行业整合力度,利用行业专利组合价值整体优势以提高我国行业内企业谈判优势。
With CNKI(China knowledge network) as the data source and "patent portfolio" as the key words,relevant literature from the year 2004 to 2017 is retrieved and analyzed statistically from the aspects of the publication year,main supporting funds,representative journals and authoritative institutes in the field.Citespace software is used to conduct static and dynamic research on hotspots in patent portfolio in China.It can be seen from the co-occurrence network that the research on patent portfolio in China mainly focuses on the topics of patent portfolio theory,competitive advantage of patent portfolio and patent portfolio strategy.The key words evolution map indicates that patent portfolio in China has evolved through the stages of theoretical introduction,theoretical research and diversified development.In the future,Chinese scholars should establish a stable professional team.Enterprises should attach more importance to the use of patent portfolio strategy to enhance the strength of patent protection and technical competitiveness; China should strengthen the integration of the industry and make use of the overall advantage of the value of the industry patent portfolio to improve the negotiation advantages of enterprises in the industry.
