职业院校现代化标准探析

摘要
研制职业院校现代化标准有着重要意义,其价值取向是突出结果证明,即人的现代化和人民满意的职业教育;注重过程支撑和着眼根本保证。可从办学定位、学校治理、教育教学、培养质量、科研能力、社会培训、教育公平、国际合作、师资队伍、保障条件以及办学特色等方面,构建职业院校现代化标准的框架。
It is of great significance to develop the modernization standard of Vocational colleges, whose value orientation is the proof of outstanding results, that is, the modernization of human beings and the vocational education of people's satisfaction, paying attention to the process support and focusing on the fundamental guarantee. We can construct the framework of the modernization standard of Vocational Colleges from the aspects of school orientation, school management, education and teaching, training quality, scientific research ability, social training, educational equity, international cooperation, teachers, guarantee conditions and school-running characteristics.
