摘要

通过对甘薯黑斑病侵染后薯苗地上部和地下部发病特征进行研究,设置了薯苗黑斑病病情指数分级标准,形成了一种苗期甘薯黑斑病精准抗性鉴定方法,为快速大量精准地进行甘薯黑斑病抗病品种的选育提供了依据和技术支撑.
        Based on the aboveground and underground phenotype of sweetpotato seedlings infected by black spot disease,the classification criteria of disease index of sweetpotato at seedlings stage were set up,and a method for identifying the resistance against black rot at seedling stage was formed,which provided basis and technical support for rapid and accurate breeding of varieties resistant to black rot.
