摘要

以政府投资审计工作为对象,探索采用计算机(网络)技术、地理信息技术、数据库技术等先进技术,实现了动态、全过程跟踪审计。通过全程跟踪审计项目的概算、有关政策制度执行和建设资金管理使用等情况,可及时发现和纠正影响投资效益的问题,促进建设质量和投资效益的提高,通过可视化的系统,可解决审计方和被审计方之间信息不对称的问题,有效遏制施工单位高估冒算、虚报不实和骗取建设资金等问题。
        This study takes government investment audit as the object,and explores advanced technologies such as computer( network) technology,geographic information technology and database technology to realize dynamic and whole-process tracking audit. Through the follow-up audit project estimate,related policies and system implementation and use of construction funds management,and so on,which can timely discover and correct affect investment performance,improve construction quality and investment efficiency. Through the visual system,which can solve the information asymmetry between auditors and auditees,effectively curb the construction unit overestimate risk is false,false and defrauding construction fund.
