茵陈术附汤合温胆汤加减治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水的临床疗效

摘要
目的探讨茵陈术附汤合温胆汤加减治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法选取36例乙肝肝硬化腹水患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组18例。给予对照组常规西医治疗,给予观察组茵陈术附汤合温胆汤加减治疗。对比治疗效果;结果①观察组治疗总有效率较对照组更高;②观察组治疗后腹水量、腹围、体重较对照组均显著降低;③观察组治疗后γ-GT、ALT、GLB水平较对照组显著降低;④观察组治疗后PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C、LN、HA水平较对照组显著降低。比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论乙肝肝硬化腹水患者接受茵陈术附汤合温胆汤加减治疗效果确切,可有效降低患者腹水量,改善患者肝功能,临床实用价值较高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yinchen Shufu Decoction and Wendan Decoction in the treatment of ascites of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods Thirty-six patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and ascites were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 18 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Yinchen Shufu Decoction and Wendan Decoction. The therapeutic effect was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group; The amount of ascites,abdominal circumference and body weight of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group; The levels of γ-GT, ALT and GLB of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group; The levels of PC Ⅲ, IV-C,LN and HA of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment. Compared with P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and ascites receive the effect of Yinchen Shufu Decoction and Wendan Decoction. It can effectively reduce the amount of ascites and improve the liver function of patients. It has high clinical value and is worthy of promotion.
