双侧钢板置入内固定对复杂胫骨平台骨折患者的临床效果观察

摘要
目的:观察复杂胫骨平台骨折患者治疗双侧钢板置入内固定的临床效果。方法:选取2015年7月-2017年7月本院收治的100例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组行外侧钢板内固定治疗,观察组采用双侧钢板置入内固定法,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),膝关节屈伸角度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗优良率为84.0%,明显高于对照组的64.0%(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为2.0%,明显低于对照组的16.0%(P<0.05)。结论:复杂胫骨平台骨折患者采用双侧钢板置入内固定治疗,效果显著,手术优势明显,稳定性高,可以较好地改善患者膝关节的屈伸能力,让患者尽早康复,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of bilateral plate implantation and internal fixation in patients with complex tibial plateau fractures.Method:100 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lateral plate internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with bilateral rigid white implantation internal fixation.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The knee flexion and extension angle was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of excellent and good treatment in the observation group was 84.0%,significantly higher than 64.0% in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.0%,significantly lower than 16.0% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with complex tibial plateau fracture are treated with bilateral plate implantation and internal fixation,which has significant curative effect,obvious surgical advantages and high stability,it can better improve the flexion and extension ability of the knee joint of patients and allow them to recover as soon as possible,which is worthy of clinical application.
