摘要
为了确保工程质量、安全、速度,节约工程成本,青岛地铁2号线采取分区域支护体系优化、先主后次分段施工基坑施工工序优化。首先开始区间东段的围护桩施工,在各片区内采用纵向隔二打一的方式;在车站外轮廓线上对角钻孔作业,沿同一施工方向、隔二打一方式,钢支撑增大管径,同时取消临时中支柱;明挖基坑围护结构东段采用钻孔灌注桩+锚索支护、西段采用钻孔灌注桩+钢管支撑;针对区间中部进入承压水层,对周围土体进行注浆止水后再进行开挖,确保了工程顺利施工。该技术具有较广的工程应用价值。
        To ensure the engineering quality, safety and speed of, and save the cost for the project, with Line Two of Qingdao Metro as the technical background, the retaining structure systems are optimized section by section, and the construction of the project is performed section by section in the order of the main part first and the insignificant parts following, and the sequence of the construction processes of the foundation pit is also optimized.The construction of the retaining piles in the eastern part of the section is started first, with all the piles in all the sectioned parts driven in the following way: longitudinally, every other pile is driven first; on the outermost line of the railway station, the diagonal drilling operation is performed, and in the same construction direction, every other hole is driven first, with the tube diameter of the steel support enlarged, and the temporary mid-supports removed; the retaining structure of the eastern section for the open cut foundation pit adopts the bored piles + anchoring cables and that of the western section adopts the bored piles + steel tube supports; as the mid-section enters the artesian aquifer, the surrounding earth bodies have to be water-stopping grouted first and then can be excavated so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction of the project. The techniques mentioned above are of great value in engineering application.
