摘要

对首秦1号高炉冷却壁漏水导致了炉冷的事故处理实践进行了总结。处理前期,以治理炉冷为主;待炉缸热度回升后,高炉停风处理灌死的风口;送风后,逐步恢复风量、负荷。
        It is summarized in the paper the practical measures against cooling down of Shouqin's No.1 blast furnace resulted from cooling stave leakage,such as overcoming furnace cooling down at beginning until furnace hearth temperature rising up again then blowing down the furnace to repair the clogged tuyere,followed by reblowing and gradual restoration of required blasting volume and load.
