摘要

长期过度酗酒可导致多种疾病,马德龙综合征(MS)是其中比较少见的一种综合征。MS的临床诊断依据主要为有长期大量饮酒史,弥漫性颈部和肩部等典型部位皮下脂肪沉积(具有无痛性、对称性,病理证实为无包膜脂肪组织)。MS发病率低,根据病史和体征诊断不难,但若临床医生对MS认识不足,容易误诊漏诊。本文回顾性分析了6例MS患者的临床资料,旨为提高临床医生对其的认识,减少误诊漏诊的发生,及时对患者进行治疗。
