摘要
目的:了解乡村医生对于未来职业化的态度和转变意愿,为促进乡村医生队伍职业化提供建议。方法:采用分层抽样的方法,抽取我国6省14个县42个乡镇,对乡域内的全部乡村医生开展问卷调查。结果:乡村医生最为认可的职业化状态特征是"给予相应的社会保障"(85.2%),认可度最低的是"放弃以前以农民身份分配的土地"(29.4%)。乡村医生同意率最高的职业化转变是"给予相应的社会保障"(96.6%)。年龄和文化程度对乡村医生是否放弃"以农民身份分配的土地"具有影响,且对乡村医生继续稳定从业意愿具有影响。结论:乡村医生对于职业建设过程中能够得到的职业保障和职业发展机会,认可度和转变同意率都比较高;对于职业建设过程中提出的要求则表现出了相反的态度。实施合理的薪酬制度、编制制度和土地政策将有利于推动乡村医生职业建设。
        Objective: To understand the attitude of rural doctors towards future professionalism and the willingness to changes, so as to make recommendations for promoting the professionalization of rural doctors. Methods: A stratified random sampling method was used to extract 42 townships in 14 counties of 6 provinces of China. A questionnaire survey was conducted among all rural doctors in the rural area. Results: The most recognized professional status of rural doctors was "giving appropriate social security"(85.2%), and the lowest recognition was "abandoning the land originally allocated as a farmer"(29.4%). The highest degree of professionalization in rural doctors was to "give appropriate social security"(96.6%). Age and educational level had an impact on the choice of rural doctors to "abandon the land originally allocated as a farmer". Age and education had an impact on the willingness of rural doctors to continue to work. Conclusion: Rural doctors have higher levels of recognition and conversion consent for career security and career development opportunities that can be obtained during the career development process. They show the opposite attitude to the requirements and regulations proposed in the career building process.The implementation of a reasonable salary system, compilation system and land policy will help promote the professional construction of rural doctors.
