摘要

目的:探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗早期胃癌及癌前病变的效果。方法:48早期胃癌及癌前病变患者,27例作为观察组,行内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗; 21例作为对照组,行常规手术治疗。观察、分析两组治疗效果。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中出血量和住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率7.4%,低于对照组33.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗早期胃癌与癌前病变的疗效明显改善。
        Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic submucosal dissection for early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods: 48 patients with early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions,27 cases as observation group,endoscopic submucosal dissection,21 cases as control group,routine surgical treatment. The effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results: The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.4%,which was lower than that in the control group( 33.3%),with a statistically significant difference( P<0.05). Conclusion: Endoscopic submucosal dissection is effective in the treatment of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.
