利益相关者视域下职业教育治理体系现代化的意蕴分析

摘要
职业治理体系现代化的核心是各利益主体及各利益主体间关系的现代化。职业教育治理主体涉及政府、职业院校、行业企业和社会等利益相关者,各利益相关者间存在利益竞争、利益互惠、利益互补的关系。从利益相关者视角分析,职业教育治理体系现代化意味着多元利益相关者互相合作制衡,重新规定了利益相关者的权责利边界,展示了平等民主、协商合作及高效有序的价值理念,表征着职业教育管办评各环节的科学化和规范化。
The core of the modernization of the vocational education governance system is the modernization of the relationship between the stakeholders. The main body of vocational education governance involves the government, vocational institutions,industry enterprises and society and other stakeholders. There is a relationship of interest competition, mutual benefit and complementary interest among the stakeholders. From the perspective of stakeholders, the modernization of the governance system of vocational education means that multi-stakeholder is coadjutant and balanced. It redefines the boundary of rights,responsibilities and interests of stakeholders, demonstrates the value concept of equality and democracy, consultation and cooperation, and highly efficient and ordered, and represents the scientific and standardized step of vocational education management, organization and evaluation.
