摘要
风机是大型发电设备的辅助装置,其转子动力学特性对机组整体安全性非常重要。本文以实际压气机为模型,模化改造性能更为良好的风机,建立简化模型,分别用YNK程序和有限元模型进行了转子动力学分析分析和对比,根据叶片参数和轴承参数,考虑了装配预紧力对转子的弹性模量的影响,计算了轴承的刚度,计算风机转子的的振动特性,得到转子各个阶次的临界转速和振型图,以及应力分析计算结果。这对实际工程应用具有一定参考价值。
Fan is the auxiliary device of large power generation equipment, its rotor dynamics characteristic is very important to overall safety of the unit. This article for a certain type of compressor model, modeling the transformation performance more good fan, a simplified model, respectively by YNK program and the analysis of finite element model for rotor dynamics analysis and comparison, according to the blade and bearing parameters, considering the pre-tightening force of rotor assembly the influence of modulus of elasticity, to calculate the stiffness of the bearing, the calculation of the fan rotor vibration characteristics, each rotor order critical speed, vibration mode of the figure and stress analysis results. This has certain reference value to practical engineering application.
