祁南煤矿714工作面液压支架的选型设计

摘要
以淮北祁南煤矿714工作面地质条件为依据,确定该工作面液压支架的架型。通过对支架支护强度、工作阻力和支架高度等参数进行分析和计算,得出该矿应当采用综合机械化长壁后退式大采高、一次采全高的开采方式,架型为ZY11000/28/63型掩护式液压支架。此架型可以充分发挥综采机械效率,提高煤炭产量,节约煤炭资源,减少煤与瓦斯突出等安全隐患,提高矿井开采技术水平。
        Based on the geological conditions of 714 working face in Qinan coal mine in Huaibei,the frame type of hydraulic support was determined. Based on the analysis and calculation of support strength,working resistance and support height,it was concluded that this mine should adopt the high yield and high efficiency mining method of integrated mechanized long wall back-up mining with large mining height and full mining height at one time. The support type is ZY11000/28/63 hydraulic shield support. This can give full play to the efficiency of fully mechanized mining equipment,improve coal output, save coal resources,reduce coal and gas outburst and other safety hazards,improve the level of mining technology.
