摘要
筛分工序是否合理有效直接影响颗粒磷酸二铵产品外观质量,尤其是三级筛分属于精细筛分,产品外观质量往往取决于三级筛的筛分效果。通过颗粒磷酸二铵生产装置所采用的各种筛分设备对产品外观质量影响的对比分析,平面回转筛分设备在磷酸二铵生产装置中用于终极筛分工序有着更大的优势,不仅产品取出率高,不合格颗粒含量相对较小,有利于提高产品均匀度及圆润度,而且与其他类型的筛分设备相比,其运行周期长,修理费用较低。
        Whether the screening process is reasonable and effective directly affect the appearance quality of granular diammonium phosphate products. In particular, the tertiary screening is a fine screening, product appearance quality often depends on the screening effect of the tertiary screening. Through the comparative analysis of the effects of various screening equipment used in the production unit of granular diammonium phosphate on the appearance quality of the products, planar rotary screening equipment has a greater advantage in the final screening section in the DAP unit. Not only the extraction rate of product is high, but the unqualified particle content is relatively small, which is beneficial to improve product uniformity and roundness. Compared with other types of screening equipment, the operation period is longer and the repair cost is lower.
