摘要
颗粒化处理是当前秸秆饲料的主要加工方法之一,环模颗粒机的性能指标决定着颗粒饲料产品的质量。采用量纲分析方法,研究环模颗粒机的各性能参数———粉料输入率、环模线速度、环模开孔率、模辊径比、压缩比及粒度对度电生产率的影响,得出相关的预测方程,为环模颗粒机的设计、生产提供技术支持。
The granule treatment is one of the main processing methods for the production of the straw feed. The quality of the granule feed depends on the performance indices of the granule machine with ring module, as the equipment to produce the granule feed. In this paper, the dimensional analysis method was applied to study the effect of performance parameters in terms of the input rate of powder feed, the speed of ring-module, the holes ratio of ring-module, the diameter ratio of interior ring-module and roller, compress ratio, granularity on the productivity per kW power, and the predictable equations were obtained, which developed the technological basis for the design of the granule machine with ring-module.
