黑果枸杞中总黄酮的降脂活性研究

摘要
目的研究黑果枸杞中总黄酮提取物对高脂血症SD大鼠的降血脂作用。方法选取造模成功的SD大鼠60只,随机分为6组(n=10),分别为正常对照组(NC组)、高脂血症模型组(MC组)、辛伐他汀组(3.3 mg/kg,S组)以及黑果枸杞总黄酮粗提物高剂量组(100 mg/kg,HF组)、中剂量组(50 mg/kg,MF组)和低剂量组(25 mg/kg,LF组)。连续灌胃给药4周,正常组喂养普通大鼠饲料,其余组喂养高脂饲料,给药结束后,采用酶标仪检测血清和肝组织液中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的浓度以及SD大鼠试验前后的体重变化率和肝指数等指标。结果黑果枸杞总黄酮中、高剂量组大鼠的血清和肝组织中TG、TC和LDL-C值与模型组相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与高脂血症模型组相比,黑果枸杞总黄酮粗提取物中、高剂量组大鼠的血清和肝组织中HDL-C值增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同辛伐他汀组与高脂血症模型组比较,黑果枸杞总黄酮粗提取物中、高剂量组肝指数显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黑果枸杞总黄酮粗提物对患有高脂血症的SD大鼠有较好的降脂活性。
        Objective To study lowering blood lipid effect of the total flavonoids from Lycium ruthenicum Murr. on hyperlipidemia SD rats. Methods 60 hyperlipidemic SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups(n=10): normal control group(NC), hyperlipidemia model group(MC), Simvastatin group(3.3 mg/kg, S) and the low, middle and high doses of total flavonoids treated groups(LF, MF and HF). The normal rats were fed with normal diet for 4 weeks and the other groups were fed with high fat diet. After administration, the concentrations of triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) in serum and liver tissue fluid was detected by enzyme labeling instrument. Meanwhile the change rate of body weight and liver index were measured after the trial. Results Compared with the model group, the levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in the serum and liver tissue of the high and middle dose groups were significantly lower than those of the model group(P<0.01). In the total flavonoids of Lycium ruthenicum Murr., the HDL-C in the serum and liver tissue of the high and middle dose groups was significantly higher than that in the model group(P<0.05). Compared with the Simvastatin group and the model group, the liver index in the high-dose group and the middle dose group was significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.05). Conclusion Total flavonoids extract from Lycium ruthenicum Murr. has a better lipid lowering activity on hyperlipidemia SD rats.
