摘要
汽车大梁用热轧510 MPa级钢板在冲压过程中开裂。检测了开裂钢板的硬度、显微组织和力学性能,以揭示其开裂的原因。检测发现:开裂钢板厚度方向不同部位的塑性不同,因而变形性也有差异,导致其冲压时开裂。此外,模具圆角半径过小,且钢板表层有夹杂物,加剧了裂纹的扩展。
A batch of hot-rolled 510 MPa grade steel plates used for automotive girder cracked during stamping. The hardness,microstructure and mechanical properties of the cracked plate were detected to reveal the cause for its cracking. From the detection it was found that different positions below surface of the plate differed in plasticity as well as in deformability,thus resulting in their cracking during stamping. In addition,corner radius of the die was too small,and there were inclusions in skin of the plate,which promoted expansion of cracks.
