铝铬渣对高炉出铁沟用耐火材料性能的影响

摘要
铝铬渣中的Al_2O_3含量很高,主要矿物相为刚玉和铬刚玉。目前我国高炉出铁沟用耐火材料为Al_2O_3-SiC-C质的浇注料,消耗量很大。将铝铬渣引入高炉出铁沟用耐火材料中,不仅降低了成本,节约了资源,也减少了环境污染。研究铝铬渣对铁沟料性能的影响,结果表明:(1)当铝铬渣替代棕刚玉骨料的量为0%~34%时,A3试样的常温、高温性能最好,均比不加入铝铬渣的A1试样好,并且随着铝铬渣加入量的增加铁沟料的各项性能均提高;(2)当粒度为5~3mm的棕刚玉全部被铝铬渣替代时,体积密度、显气孔率、抗折强度变化不明显,但抗渣性降低,所以5~3mm的大颗粒骨料全部由铝铬渣替代不可行;(3)当粒度为200目的棕刚玉细粉被铝铬渣替代时,C3试样可以提高铁沟料的体积密度、高温抗折强度等性能,并略微提高了抗渣侵蚀性。
        The amount of Al_2O_3 in aluminium chromium slag is very high,and the main mineral phases are alumina and chromium corundum. At present in our country the blast furnace iron groove with refractory castable for Al_2O_3-Si C-C quality,and the consumption is very large. Introduces aluminium chromium slag of blast furnace iron groove with refractory material,not only reduces the cost,save resource,also reduced the pollution of the environment. Paper introduces aluminium chromium slag on the properties of iron groove material:( 1) As the aluminium chromium slag replacement corundum aggregate amount of 0 ~ 34%,A3 sample under normal temperature,high temperature performance is best,better than not to join aluminium chromium slag A1 sample;( 2) When the particle size of 5 ~ 3 mm corundum all replaced by aluminium chromium slag,Bulk density,porosity and flexural strength change is not obvious,but the slag resistance is reduced,All big particles so 5 ~ 3 mm aggregate by aluminium chromium slag replacement is not workable;( 3) When the particle size is 200 purpose of brown fused alumina powder is aluminium chromium slag to replace,C3 sample can improve iron groove material volume density,high temperature properties,such as flexural strength and improves the resistance to slag erosion sex slightly.
