王瑞平教授健脾法治疗消化道恶性肿瘤经验撷菁

摘要
脾胃虚弱是消化道肿瘤的基本病机,综合治疗手段常导致脾胃虚弱进一步加重,治疗消化道恶性肿瘤当以健脾为第一要务。王瑞平教授强调根据证候特点,灵活辨证选用健脾益气、健脾理气、健脾消食、健脾解毒、健脾固涩等法。
Deficiency of spleen and stomach is the basic pathogenesis of gastrointestinal cancer. Comprehensive treatment often leads to further aggravation of spleen and stomach deficiency, invigorating the spleen should be the first priority in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer. Professor WANG Rui-ping emphasized that on the basis of the characteristics of the syndrome, the method of invigorating spleen and tonifying Qi, invigorating spleen and regulating qi, invigorating spleen and eliminating indigestion, invigorating spleen and detoxifying, as well as strengthening spleen and astringent should be selected flexitively for syndrome differentiation.
