摘要

2017年是全球集成电路技术10 nm节点的量产期,而2018年是10 nm节点向7 nm节点的世代过渡期。分析全球集成电路技术的新进展,探讨主要工艺路线下的全球集成电路主流产品,包括微处理器、存储器的主要生产厂商。
        The global integrated circuit technology of 10 nm node production period is in 2017, and the generation transition period from 10 nm nodes to 7 nm nodes is 2018. This paper analyses the new development of global integrated circuit technology, and explores the mainstream products of global integrated circuits under the main technological routes, including the major manufacturers of microprocessors and memory.
