摘要
设计了一种通用的汽车车灯性能检测系统,该系统可以测试车灯多个通道信号,也可以对多个车灯同时进行性能测试。该系统结构紧凑,方便携带,在试验室内部或者委外测试都可以进行。系统可以在线自动完成数据采集并处理,具有判别检测结果、检测报告打印等功能,通用性强,测量精度高。这种便携式的测量系统设计成本低,具有较好的应用价值。
A general vehicle headlights performance test system was developed. This system can test multiple channel signals for headlights. It also can undertake the performance test for multiple lights at the same time. The structure of the test system is compact,so it can be used for internal of external test conveniently. The test system can automatically complete online data acquisition and processing,with test results,test report printing function. It has strong commonality and high measurement precision. This kind of portable measuring system is low cost and has good application value.
