复合A/O工艺在城市污水处理厂除磷脱氮中的应用研究

摘要
为了探讨复合A/O工艺在城市污水处理厂应用的可行性,考察了复合A/O工艺对城市污水中有机物、TN和TP等去除效果,并进行了9个多月的生产性试验研究。结果表明:进水COD,TN,NH_4~+-N,TP,SS质量浓度范围分别为16.0~428.0,2.0~40.6,0.3~35.8,0.4~5.0,107.0~157.0 mg/L,出水指标分别为0.4~58.5,0.4~20.0,0.1~30.7,0.1~1.0,3.0~18.0 mg/L。COD,TN,NH_4~+-N,TP,SS平均去除率为64.6%,40.7%,79.3%,57.5%和91.8%。复合A/O工艺具有良好的除磷脱氮效果,出水清澈,出水水质稳定低于GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》,说明复合A/O工艺适合在污水处理厂中应用。
        To explore the feasibility of the application of a hybrid A/O process in municipal wastewater treatment plant, the removal efficiency of organic matter, total nitrogen(TN) and total phosphorus(TP) in municipal wastewater by a hybrid A/O process was investigated. More than 9 months of productive experiments were carried out. The results showed that the influent COD, TN, NH_4~+-N, TP, SS concentration were 16.0 ~ 428.0, 2.0 ~ 40.6, 0.3 ~ 35.8, 0.4 ~ 5.0, 107.0 ~ 157.0 mg/L. The effluent parameter were 0.4 ~ 58.5, 0.4 ~ 20, 0.1 ~ 30.7, 0.1 ~ 1.0, 3.0 ~ 18.0 mg/L. The averaged removal rate of COD, TN, NH_4~+-N, TP and SS were 64.6%, 40.7%, 79.3%, 57.5% and 91.8%. The hybrid A/O process has a good efficiency of the removal of phosphorus and nitrogen, the effluent was clear, the effluent water qualities were more lower than pollutant discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plants(GB 18918 — 2002), which indicates that the hybrid A/O process is suitable for application in wastewater treatment plants.
