摘要
采用微波催化氧化方法处理模拟含甲基二乙醇胺污水,考察了微波光化学中氧化剂用量、氧化剂反应时间、敏化剂用量、强化曝气等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明,采用3~#敏化剂与4~#氧化剂,在强化曝气5 h、微波辐射功率800 W、辐射时间5 min废水的COD去除率达到90%。此外,强化曝气微波敏化氧化的处理效果优于单独的曝气氧化和单纯的微波敏化,这是强化曝气和微波敏化氧化协同作用的结果。
        The microwave-catalytic oxidation method was used to treat the simulated wastewater containing methyl-diethanol-amine(MDEA).The factors such as oxidant dosage,oxidant reaction time,sensitizer dosage,and enhanced aeration on the treatment effect were investigated.The results showed that the 90% COD removal rate of wastewater could be achieved using sensitizer No.3 and oxidant No.4 after 5 hours of enhanced aeration and 5 min of irradiation by an 800 W microwave.In addition,the effect of treatment by enhanced aeration combined with sensitized oxidation is better than treatment by enhanced aeration alone or by sensitized oxidation alone.The better treatment effect is the synergistic result of enhanced aeration and microwave sensitization oxidation.
