摘要
介绍了一种适用于三针指示的新型建筑塔钟机芯整机及传功系统设计,针对目前建筑塔钟机芯存在的问题及实际需要,提出了一种以渐开线齿轮传动系统为主的机芯设计方案,阐述了机芯的齿轮传动系统的结构及工作原理。设计方案使得机芯机构紧凑,并有效提高了塔钟准时性、静音性及稳定性等性能。
This paper designs a new type of building tower clock movement and transmission system suitable for three-needle indication. In view of the problems and actual needs of the current construction tower clock movement, an involute gear transmission system is proposed. The structure and working principle of the gear transmission system of the movement are described. The design makes the movement mechanism compact and effectively improves the punctuality, quietness and stability of the tower clock.
