国内外婴幼儿辅助食品法规概况及技术指标比较研究

摘要
婴幼儿辅助食品是婴幼儿重要的营养素来源之一,各国均制定相应标准、法规对其进行管理。概述了国际食品法典委员会和主要发达国家、地区的婴幼儿辅助食品法规标准,比较了它们与中国婴幼儿辅助食品标准的异同点,包括标准立法机构、适用范围、法规效力、产品类别、原料要求、营养成分、污染物限量等内容,并对这些异同点进行了分析,以期对我国婴幼儿辅助食品标准的修订提供依据。
        Complementary foods is one of the important nutrient sources for infants and young children,and most countries have formulated standards or regulations for complementary foods. The similarities and differences of complementary food standards of CAC and of main developed countries have been summarized and compared with related standards of China,including the legislative body,coverage of standard,regulatory effects,product categories,raw material requirements,nutrient ingredients,contaminants,and analyzed these similarities and differences between them. This study could provide references for the revision of national food safety standards for complementary foods for infant and young children.
