摘要
肝脏移植作为目前治疗终末期肝病最有效的方法,一直面临着供体短缺、术后并发症较多和生存率较低等方面的问题,这也导致相关人体研究受到诸多限制。动物肝脏移植模型在肝脏移植研究的发展过程中发挥了关键作用。大型实验动物如猪、犬、猴等在肝脏大体解剖上与人体类似,便于进行手术方法和移植物保存方面的研究并易于应用到临床;而小型实验动物如大鼠、小鼠等因其在移植技术和基因敲除方面的优越性,而更适于开展大规模的肝脏移植术后缺血再灌注损伤和移植物状态监测等方面的基础机制研究。
