摘要
针对内蒙古某煤化企业产生焦化废水经生化处理后中水的特点,采用"高密度沉淀-多介质过滤-超滤-反渗透"作为主体工艺,对产生的中水进行深度处理后,实现系统回用率100%的效果,工程设计规模3600 m~3/d,本文着重介绍了工程工艺的选择、工程设计参数、设备配置情况。
According to the water quality of reclaimed water of coking wastewater, this engineering adopts high-density sedimentation-muti media filter-ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis as its main process to perform all reclaimed water reused. The engineering of design scale is 3600 m~3/d. This article emphasizes on process selection, design parameters and equipments information.
