教育信息化促进教育系统性变革路径研究——基于教育部首批教育信息化优秀试点案例的分析

"十二五"期间,我国首批教育信息化试点取得了显著成绩,各地坚持应用驱动、机制创新的基本方针,在规划、投入、环境、资源、应用、机制等方面都取得了与当地经济发展和教育改革相适应的工作成效。该文以161个优秀试点单位的案例文本为研究对象,基于文献研究法和内容分析法,从数字(智慧)校园建设、教育资源建设与应用、技术支持教育教学创新、教育管理信息化、教师专业发展、保障机制等六个方面对案例文本进行深入分析和经验总结,以为我国教育信息化发展提供借鉴参考。分析发现:多方协同的数字(智慧)校园建设机制初步形成;优质适用性教育资源日益丰富,资源共建共享机制不断完善;技术支持的教育教学创新模式不断涌现;适切培训、网络研修等促进教师专业发展机制初步形成;大数据、人工智能等技术在教育管理决策中的作用初显;组织、制度、经费、技术等促进教育信息化可持续发展的保障机制初步健全。
During the period of the 12th Five-Year Plan, the first batch of pilot projects had made remarkable periodical achievements.Based on the literature research method and content analysis method, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of 161 excellent pilot cases in following six aspects: digital(wisdom) campus construction, education resources construction and application, educational and teaching innovation with technical support, informationization of educational management, professional development of teachers,guarantee mechanism and so on, In order to summarize the advanced development experience and provide guidance for promoting the development of education informatization in China. The result of analysis shows that: multi-party collaborative digital(wisdom)campus construction mechanism has taken initial shape; high-quality and applicable education resources are increasingly abundant,and the mechanism of resource co-construction and sharing is constantly improved; innovative modes of education and teaching supported by technology are emerging; the professional development mechanism of teachers, such as targeted training and network training, has taken initial shape; the role of big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies in educational management decisionmaking is emerging; the guarantee mechanism of organization, system, funds and technology to promote the sustainable development of educational informatization is preliminarily sound.
