基于跑步APP功能体验评价研究

摘要
为了提高跑步APP的功能体验水平,文章基于跑步APP提供的服务内容进行调查和分析,提出用户体验评价模型。通过运用德尔菲法对跑步APP用户功能体验因素指标进行调查、量化、精选;采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对跑步APP训练选择、社交功能、辅助功能、环境信息、动态记录、历史记录、跑步资讯、其他共8个评价维度,43项功能体验指标进行对比分析。结果表明:跑步APP正处于深度发展阶段;产品同质化严重;记录数据不准确、数据分析能力不够;服务内容丰富,但与用户期望仍有差距;此研究可以为跑步APP服务供应商改进产品服务功能提供方向,为用户选择健身服务平台提供依据。
In order to improve the functional experience level of running APP, service contents, provided by running APP, are invested and analyzed in the paper, and a user experience evaluation model is proposed based on running APP. Delphi method is used to investigate, quantify and select the functional experience factors of running APP users. The analytic hierarchy process(ahp) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to make a comparative analysis of 43 functional experience indicators in 8 evaluation dimensions, including running APP training selection, social function, auxiliary function, environmental information, dynamic record, historical record, running information and etc. The results show that running APP is in the stage of deep development, but he problem of product is serious, including homogenization, lack individuality and characteristics, inaccurate data recording and insufficient data analysis ability. The evaluation results can provide direction for running APP service providers to improve product and service functions,and provide theoretical basis for users to choose fitness service platform.
